July Comic Challenge

Contest opens July 1st and ends July 31st 2010

1.) Judged by Les using the following criteria:
a. Sequential Storytelling: how well does the page(s) convey the story through strictly visual elements that either effectively embellish any text present or preferably tell the story on their own leaving the text to act as the embellishment, conveying the things that can't be done visually.

b. Layout: how well does the page layout contribute to and enhance the storytelling; does the page "flow" well from panel to panel, with elements inside the panels not only contributing to the story, but having compositions that help guide the eye to the next panel and thus through the story and

c. Art: simply put, the caliber of art displayed throughout should strive not only for quality of composition and rendering, but also consistency, style and mood.

2.) Start a new thread per user submission (for example, you are uploading 3 images, you only need 1 thread)

3.) Every entry will get a surprise prize at the end of the contest with the winner getting thier choice of any 2 Sixus1 packages.
